ReZoom.com is awarding over $200,000 to more than 20 charities across the nation, to recognize the charities that inspire us to get involved.

Everyone across the nation was asked to tell us their stories about great organizations helping to make A Better World. Over 5,000 charities and supporters shared with us how their favorite nonprofit groups are making their communities a better place.

Earlier this year, individuals had the opportunity to nominate and then vote for their favorite, most inspirational charities. In each of 20 regions, the 10 charities with the most votes and 5 charities selected at large were presented as finalists. From these finalists, regional winners were selected by an independent panel of judges. Regional awards in the amount of $5,000 each were awarded to each of the 20 regional winners, as well as one at large winner.

Then the nation voted for the one charity that would receive the $100,000 national award. For 2007, the National Award Winner is Wounded Warrior Project.
