Oh Liz, Still Fabulous After All These Years

At 75 and in a wheelchair, Elizabeth Taylor is still making the most of her celebrity - and in showing Hollywood just how cinematic royalty is supposed to act. Last week the woman who charmed every leading man worth charming (and marrying as many as she could along the way) staged her annual AIDS charity benefit, adding to the $25 million she’s pulled in for the charity since founding Macy's Passport event in 1988.

The actress was honored last week the foundation’s first Humanitarian Award for AIDS Activism.

Liz began her crusade after watching life-long friend Rock Hudson succumb to AIDS in 1985.
