Just Looney for Clooney
![]() |
As the sexiest boomer in the movie business, it's seems a propos to keeps tabs on 46-year-old George Clooney.
Apparently Clooney still has time for showbusiness when he's not crashing his motorcycle. News is he's teaming up with young rake Leonardo DiCaprio costarring for the first time in Farragut North, a political drama taken somewhat from the whirlwind 2004 presidential campaign of current DNC Chairman and web darling, Howard Dean.
Trodding the Boards?
Not quite, but Clooney is rumored to be pondering the director's chair of a Broadway production on similar subject matter, i.e. Dean.
Coming up next year for the former Batman are two films, "Leatherheads," a football-based comedy set in the roaring '20s (when they wore leather helmets, hence the name); and "Burn After Reading," a spy comedy that find Clooney back with the Coen Brothers who directed him in the runaway hit "O Brother Where Art Thou?"
