Women’s Murder Club: Blind Dates and Bleeding Hearts
I don't know about you, but it does my heart good to see Angie Harmon kick butt and pour shots of whiskey into her milkshakes. That’s just what we get in this week’s episode. But first, she has to deal with everyone trying to fix her up with a guy.

To save face with her ex, she pretends to be dating a Very Cute Guy, Simon, who works in the building -- and with whom Jill fixed her up. He really IS interested in Lindsay, so after first giving him the power shun, she meets him for a drink later. Hmmm...this could get really interesting, because they seem perfect for each other.

Meanwhile, Lindsay’s ticked that the Kiss Me Not Killer files are turned over to the FBI. But she’s got other things on her mind, as the girls investigate a dead woman found in a seedy part of town. After some false leads, they finally determine the woman was allergic to latex, and that’s what killed her. Something to do with an online stalker and her daughter's boyfriend.

As for Alexis, the woman's 17-year-old daughter, she's now looking at foster care, so Jill spills her guts that SHE was a product of foster care. She takes the girl home for a night, which results in a nice citation from her higher-up about getting involved with people in an investigation. “Slap a band-aid on that bleeding heart of yours,” says the higher-up. “Your days in this office are numbered.” Meow.

But instead of tossing the citation, Jill tapes it to her office wall. Ok, we get it. She cares.

Lindsay and Claire talk about Claire’s bedroom problems with her wheelchair-bound war-vet husband. He used to initiate lovemaking until he was shot in Iraq. Lindsay tells her to “step up to the plate, sexy woman,” and leaves her a present of lingerie to follow through. Which she does with success.

Meanwhile, newbie reporter Cindy is still stalking Lindsay and listening to her police scanner. “It’s like Tivo – I can’t turn it off.” But she asks that big question at the end, as the four girls sit around a café table. “Am I in the club?”

They give her the run-down: private things stay private, always tell the truth even when it hurts, make us laugh during the rough times, yada yada yada. Lindsay tosses her the restaurant bill. She’s in. Sweet.
